Mr Mohammed Lamine Diallo chairs the board of directors of the WAQF SATINA Foundation and concurrently directs the executive bureau. He oversees strategic direction, operational delivery, compliance with the Articles of Association, and the coherence of the Foundation’s public-interest mission for communities.

Secretary general

Mr Barry Mohamed Lamine serves as secretary general of the board. He coordinates institutional follow-up, preparation of board decisions and documentary compliance for the Foundation.

Mr Ayman Alamin Diallo leads external relations and communications for the WAQF SATINA Foundation, supporting institutional visibility and dialogue with partners.

Co-founder · Board member

Mr El Oury Sow is a co-founder of the WAQF SATINA Foundation and sits on its board of directors. He contributes to the institution’s strategic direction and to upholding the founding intent of the waqf, in lasting service to communities.
